Option 1

Download the Burrito Boyz Canada mobile app to your smart phone via Google Play or the Apple App Store. Once you have downloaded the app, simply launch the program and select “Sign Up”.

ALL USERS MUST CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IN THE APP.

YOUR PREVIOUS LOGIN WILL NOT WORK.


Option 2

Grab a REWARDS CARD in store and register .

To protect your reward balance in case your card is lost or stolen you must register your card online.

HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT TO YOUR NEW APP

TO USE OUR NEW APP, YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A BRAND NEW ACCOUNT IN THE APP!

  1. Create a new account with any email you would like.

  2. Follow the prompts on the screen and select “I have a loyalty card”

  3. Enter your loyalty card number and pin

  4. If you can’t access your card, you can generate a new one and merge your existing account later through the instructions below.

WANT TO ADD ANOTHER LOYALTY / GIFT CARD?

  1. Select the icon in the top left corner in the app.

  2. Select payment methods

  3. Select Add a Gift Card

  4. Enter the gift card.

I DON’T HAVE A PIN FOR MY CARD WHAT DO I DO?

Please create a new gift card and email feedback@burritoboyz.ca with the email your previous account/gift card is associated with along with the old card number, and the brand new one in the app. We will merge your old card into your new account.

You can find the gift/loyalty card number the app generated under scan, if you scroll down on the main screen and click the QR code icon, or in the app settings under payment methods.
